Drop Stitch Lace Tank

Pattern Notes

Pattern Source:  Fitted Knits by Stephanie Japel

Yarn:  Berroco Softwist.  Approximately 6 skeins.

Needles:  #7 US Knit Pick Options Circular 24″

Gauge:  4.75 stitches/per inch

Modifications:  Knit in the round until I got to the depth desired for the neckline.  The neck is also modified.  I didn’t add buttonholes except for one at the very top because I had planned to add one solitary button to make the neckline look like the tear drops in the pattern.  I haven’t added the button and probably won’t because it’s not even and it’s driving me crazy so I may rip it apart and redo.  I also didn’t follow the k3tog notes at the center of the neckline, I improvised and decreased wherever I felt like.  Regardless I think it turned out ok.  I love the color and I love the pattern, it was extremely easy to memorize.  I love this shirt!
